We take every engagement seriously and invest significant expertise and time from the moment a project begins. Our refund policy reflects the professional services nature of our work, where value is delivered progressively throughout an engagement rather than as a single packaged deliverable.
For project-based engagements such as security assessments, penetration tests, and compliance gap analyses, our policy is as follows:
Cancellation prior to project commencement: A full refund of any advance payment will be issued, less any reasonable costs already incurred in scoping or preparation, within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
Cancellation after project commencement: Fees are charged in proportion to the work completed at the time of cancellation. Work completed includes all analysis, testing, and documentation produced up to the point of cancellation. A detailed breakdown of completed work will be provided with the final invoice. Any prepaid amount in excess of the proportional fee for completed work will be refunded within 14 business days.
Cancellation after deliverable submission: Once a final report or deliverable has been submitted to the client, the full engagement fee is non-refundable. If you have concerns about the quality or completeness of a deliverable, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can address your concerns directly.
For ongoing managed services engagements including managed SOC, vCISO retainer, and continuous monitoring services:
Services are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel a managed services engagement, you will continue to receive services through the end of the current billing period. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. No additional fees are owed beyond the current billing period provided written cancellation notice is received before the next billing date.
To request a refund or to discuss any concerns about your engagement, please contact us at info@garrisonone.com with your engagement details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Where a refund is approved, payment will be made to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a formal dispute. We are committed to working with clients in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
